Purpose of meeting
Discuss funding proposal to District offices re our computer plan

Miller, Karen Reid, Jim Skeen, Sharon Swendell, and Carolyn Wittman.
1.
Funding Proposal. Jim updated committee members
re current status and the results of an 11/16/02 meeting with Sharon Swendell
and Carolyn Wittman. There is an initial, early draft (version 0.1)
Committee members were given copies and will respond with comments
no later than 5pm on Wednesday, December 5th.

2. Committee Members We discussed broadening membership on the committee. We will invite the following to participate:
Parent Ed. Pat Crawford (sp?)
Volunteers. Anne Atkins (sp?)
Volunteers. Hernán de la Torre
Saturday School. TBD
3. S/W licensing costs. We need to find out the rough costs for software licenses for the following products.
Rosetta Stone
Microsoft Office 2000 and XP (including Publisher and Photodraw)
Microsoft Windows 2000 and XP
Norton Ghost (already done)
4. Action Items.
Sharon will provide Jim contact name for Saturday School.
Jim will contact the potential new members and invite them to our next meeting.
Jim will contact the district's software supplier to get rough cost estimates for S/W licensing costs.
Jim will turn around the next draft version of the Proposal, once comments have come in
Marian and Carolynn will provide Jim with software titles they regard as necessary.
